こくみんけんこうほけん【国民健康保険】
被用者の健康保険の適用を受けない農民や自営業者などに対して実施される健康保険。 1958年(昭和33)制定の国民健康保険法に基づくもので, 保険者は市町村および特別区または国民健康保険組合。 国保。
